What Are the Shipping Charges?
Anishope offers FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a charge of ₹59 will apply. Currently, we only accept orders within India and do not process international orders. Once the ordered has been booked it will be delivered within the 5-10 business days.
What Is the Delivery Timeline?
Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping zone. Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to high demand.
Can I Change the Delivery Date for My Order?
You can change the delivery date if your shipment is undelivered. However, we cannot guarantee delivery on the requested date.
Change of Shipping Address
You can change your shipping address as long as the item has not yet shipped. To update your shipping address, please email our Customer Support Team at support@anishope.com with your Order ID and the new address. If the item has already been processed for shipping, an additional charge of ₹80 will apply.
The address change process may take 7-15 days, as the shipment will need to be sent to the central hub before being dispatched to the new address.
What Happens If I’m Not Available at the Time of Delivery?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery again on the next business day, and a third attempt may be made the following business day if necessary. Please note that the number of delivery attempts may vary by courier company.
What Is RTO and What Are Its Possible Reasons?
RTO stands for Return to Origin. This status is marked when the courier cannot deliver your shipment, and it is sent back to the original pickup address. Common reasons for RTO include:
- Customer not contactable
- Incomplete or wrong address
- COD amount not ready
- Future delivery requested
- Self-pickup requested
- Customer refused delivery
- Door/premises/office closed
What If the Delivery Is Not Claimed?
If your shipment is marked as RTO and is returned to us unclaimed, you will be responsible for the re-delivery cost. A reverse shipping fee, equal to the original shipping fee, will also be charged in this case.
Serviceable Pincode List and Logistic Partners
We ship via Blue Dart, Ekart Logistics, Xpressbees, Delhivery, India Post and other logistic partners. While Blue Dart and Ekart Logistics cover most e-commerce pin codes, some areas may not be serviced for COD. In such cases, orders will be shipped via India Post, which only handles prepaid orders.
What Happens If My Shipment Is Lost in Transit?
If your shipment is lost in transit, please email us at support@anishope.com. Once we receive confirmation from our courier partner, we will ship a new order to you. Please note that any disputes related to damage or delivery must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery attempt. Issues reported after this timeframe will not be entertained.
